Description
Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, talent, and change
Owning the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Leading union relationships and engagement initiatives at our manufacturing site
Driving and improving recruitment and onboarding across EMEA, managing agency partnerships and championing a standout candidate experience
Analysing HR data and insights to influence decisions and continuous improvement
Supporting and leading HR projects that shape how we work
Playing a key role in employee engagement, wellbeing, and communication
Profile
What were looking for
Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within manufacturing or commercial environments
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) with strong, up-to-date employment law knowledge
Confident handling complex ER matters and stakeholder relationships
Commercially astute, professional, and proactive
Passion for developing yourself and others
