Where: BBC Newcastle
Hours: 24-hour relief position (08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00) with the potential to become full time (4 on, 4 off)
Hourly Rate: £12.60

About the Role
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Good level of concentration and coordination
* Effective report writing and communication skills
* Physical protection of the premises from external or internal threats and preservation of life
* Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage
* Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas; escalate where appropriate; understanding of critical systems
* Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors
* Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures
* Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches
* Maintain clear and legible records and logbooks; adhere to health & safety at all times
* Any other duties deemed necessary
