3-month contract with a local authority
Summary
* This is a 3-month contract with a local authority aimed at supporting the effective and efficient delivery of systems change projects. The role involves project management, communication, and coordination across partner organizations to foster inquiry, learning, and the sharing of best practices. The goal is to create and embed system change across the city and with regional and national partners.
Responsibilities
* Organize and progress multiple systemic inquiries and pilot projects to identify leverage points for systemic change aligned with the Changing Futures program.
* Develop change readiness assessments and necessary documentation to secure approval from the Partnerships Strategic Lead and stakeholders.
* Share knowledge of systems change and coproduction approaches to facilitate effective coordination and action towards measurable goals.
* Report project progress and learning outcomes as per local governance and national Changing Futures requirements.
Essential Experience Required
* Experience in delivering/facilitating system change workshops and training sessions.
* Experience working as part of a program delivery team with budget management and reporting skills.
* Ability to communicate across systems to influence change and policy development.
Essential Qualification Required
* GCSE A*- C (9-4) in English and Maths, or equivalent.
* Knowledge of systems change or co-production methods, such as Appreciative Inquiry, System Dynamics, and other relevant methodologies.

* Working hours: 37 hours per week.
