One of the UK's leading manufacturers of hot water cylinders and thermal storage solutions, are seeking a Plumbing & Heating Field Engineer, to join the engineering team.
The Role
Based from home, as a Senior Plumber & Heating Engineer, you'll provide plumbing diagnostics, repairs, commissioning & maintenance, across a range of products, including unvented & vented cylinders, heat pump systems, and thermal stores.
Additionally, we work with the UK's largest retirement apartment providers, undertaking plumbing maintenance & repair across their residential apartments. This includes unvented cylinder checks & repairs, tap changes, leak reapairs, etc.
Responsibilities
1. Diagnose and repair faults on hot water cylinders and related components (immersion heaters, valves, pumps, sensors, controls).
2. Complete planned maintenance, warranty repairs, and product upgrades.
3. Ensure all work meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
4. Complete service reports, job sheets, and warranty documentation accurately.
5. Adhere to G3 regulations and all compliance requirements.
6. Provide clear explanations of system operation and maintenance.
