As a Preconstruction Surveyor / Estimator, you will play a key role within the preconstruction team, delivering accurate and high-quality early-stage cost planning quantities and Stage 4 Bills of Quantities within agreed bid timescales. Projects typically range from £10m to £150m+ across sectors including: Education, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Blue Light, No two projects are the same.
