As part of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate with our customers and their data to solve their business challenges. You will have a strong passion for innovation, applying it to advance our upcoming technology enhancements and initiatives. You will also be an outcome- driven professional and will be able to deliver projects from concept to delivery. Experience in client onboarding and/or system activation is highly desirable.

This role reports to the Vice President of Customer Success and operates on a hybrid working model, with the office based in Central Windsor .

Salary Range: £55,000-£75,000 per annum.


Job responsibilities


Operations

* You will manage and ensure delivery of the end-to-end monthly data and compensation process; including collecting, processing, distributing data and payroll instructions, in line with agreed customer KPI and SLAs.
* You and the team will liaise with customers and ensure that reporting is delivered in line with agreed timelines and quality requirements.
* You will conduct reviews of customer deliverables, e.g. payroll, finance and other operational and management reporting and obtain sign-off prior to delivery.
* You will be capable of leading client activation with new clients and be able to lead most client conversations and updates.
* You will identify opportunities for operational and user improvements
* Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams that consistently achieve organizational goals.


Technical

* You have experience in Global Mobility, expatriate tax, and/or international payroll, particularly in key areas such as data management, compliance, technology, and client relations.
* You will proactively mitigate risks and propose compliance improvements.
* We are looking for at least 5years' experience in Global Mobility, with at least 1 year managing a team.
* You will be able to manage the billing process and ensure invoices are raised on time.
* You will be able to identify additional revenue streams and ensure out of scope items are tracked.
* You will identify constant technology user experience improvements through active use of our technology
* You will be able to discuss opportunities and take ownership of improving service with our clients.
* Highly organised with proven time management and project coordination skill
* You can collaborate with various departments, including senior leadership, technology development, business analysts, product management, and other subject matter experts.
* You have good presentation skills and interpersonal skills, in order to continue client relationship success.
