We are currently on a journey to grow the business through both organic growth and acquisitions The Role Assess building control applications ranging from domestic to complex commercial projects Pre and post design negotiations with clients to ensure effective compliance Assisting in resolution, negotiation and formal proceedings, of problems relating to Initial Notices, design approvals, site work and final certificates Examining detailed drawings and supplementary information in accordance with specified procedures and performance targets for BC and conversion applications To issue site and type approvals to clients promptly to specified standards and guidance To act as a point of advice and promotion of company services regarding relevant Regulations, technical issues and company standards The Person BSR registered minimum Level 2D Strong knowledge of Building Control and associated standards To ability to manage workload within agreed parameters Good IT knowledge What we can offer you Overall, you can accrue up to 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays). - 21 Days Holiday. - 8 Bank Holiday Days. - Each year you work for the company you will receive 1 extra day holiday added to your entitlement up to a maximum of 4 extra days. - On top of this you will also receive a day off for your birthday!
