About the Role: Our client, a well-established and busy accident repair centre, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join their professional bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, efficiency, and delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Strip and refit vehicle panels, bumpers, lights, trims, and mechanical components Remove and replace (R&R) damaged parts accurately and efficiently Wheel alignment, geometry checks, and ADAS calibration (desirable) Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and electrical faults Liaise with parts departments and ensure correct components are fitted Work to manufacturer standards and insurance repair methods Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace Complete job cards accurately and work to estimated times What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a MET Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent (desirable) ATA-accredited or equivalent training (preferred) Strong knowledge of strip/fit procedures across a range of vehicle makes and models Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Full UK driving licence What's on Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus/OTE Stable, long-term role with a reputable employer Ongoing training and development opportunities Modern, well-equipped workshop Friendly and supportive team environment
