Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Service Delivery Manager located in Glasgow. The IT Service Delivery Manager will manage daily IT service delivery operations, streamline IT processes, and ensure the efficient operation of IT services. Responsibilities include overseeing IT Service Management, coordinating with technical teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

* Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Management
* Experience in IT Service Management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Experience in managing IT service delivery in a consultancy or technical support environment is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
