The Vacancy
We have an opportunity for a Groundworker (Hard Landscaper) to join Wates on our Wates Living Space Responsive Maintenance Team in West Lancs area. You will be asked to undertake all supporting tasks with a high standard of workmanship which will ensure an excellent customer service every time.
Key Accountabilities will include:
1. Loading and Unloading of Vehicle
2. Distribution of materials
3. General clearing and cleaning of site areas to appropriate waste disposal methods
4. Wearing of Personal Protective Equipment in accordance with Company policy and following of site H&S rules
We are looking for you to already have the relevant skills as a groundworker and experience to fulfil the above role requirements.
To be successful in the role you also be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task and work to tight deadlines.
