Niche manufacturing entity of a global group of companies are expanding their team locally due to the acquisition of a new business. This has created an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant on a 12 month FTC.
You will be immediately available or short-notice.
Working closely with the Financial Controller and Management Accountant your role will be to assist with the management of the company’s daily financial operations and reporting
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
Accounts receivable / Credit control
Supplier invoice processing support and reconciliations
Posting purchase and sales invoices & processing payments to suppliers
Bank entries and reconciliations
Balance sheet reconciliations
Intercompany invoicing
Support with monthly stock reconciliations
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
Ideally you will be AAT Level 3 or equivalent experience
Strong credit control experience with the ability to build strong working relationships
Organised and detail orientated
Intermediate Excel skills
