We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Welsh-speaking Sports Coaches to work with children in primary and secondary schools across Neath Port Talbot / Llanelli / Carmarthenshire and Swansea. You don't need to be a qualified teacher – what matters most is your energy, positivity, and ability to build strong, supportive relationships with young people through sport.
In this role, you will:
Deliver engaging sports sessions that build skills and confidence
Encourage teamwork, resilience, and a positive attitude towards physical activity
Create a fun, safe, and inclusive sporting environment
Support pupils of varying abilities to participate and succeed
Play a key role in promoting health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles

Your Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver structured PE lessons and sports sessions
* Support schools with extracurricular clubs, tournaments, and events
* Motivate pupils to participate and develop their physical skills
* Promote fair play, teamwork, and positive behaviour
* Adapt activities to suit different ages and ability levels
* Monitor pupil engagement and progress
* Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
