The Danieli Group are looking for an experienced, determined and high performing Shift Manager to join The Muddler team. The ideal candidate would have a passion for great food and high end service. They would be highly organised, thrive under pressure and great with communicating to other managers and team members.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you the shift Manager will be responsible for aspects of running the site, managing the team, driving sales and ensuing we hit targets. As well as all aspects of stock control and training.
Main Roles include;
-To maintain our high standards at all times
-To run shifts alongside the General Manager and oversee daily operations ensuring employee productivity and high standards in customer service at all times.
-Work alongside other managers to train and motivate team members.
-Ensuring the team has been trained to provide a high standard of customer service and drinks to company standard.
-Working with Assistant General Manager to assist with recruitments and training.
-Manage guest relations and feedback when requested by the General Manager
-In absence of the Assistant General Manager be able to conduct weekly stock takes and prepare reports to the management team and team members
-Work alongside the General Manager to train the team to optimise performance identifying training needs through regular appraisal system.
Must Have
-Personal license
-First aid certificate
-1 years minimum experience in hospitality
-1 year experience in management or bar manager role
Desirable
-Experience managing small team
-Bar and cocktail experience
-Knowledge of cash management
-Background in Pan Asian cuisine
-Enthusiasm for cocktails and mixology
-Experience in cellar maintence
-Experience using back of house system Zonal
