Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. As part of the Volkswagen Group, TPS includes brands such as Audi, SEAT, KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a workforce of approximately 1,500 employees. Job Opportunity
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to meet sales targets
* Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed
* Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns in collaboration with the Centre Manager
* Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about competitor activity
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support
* Motivate the sales team through creative incentive schemes and rewards
* Provide excellent customer service through the team
* Monitor delivery schedules to help maintain service levels
* Conduct business with integrity and professionalism
* Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines
Essential Skills
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience managing sales teams in a B2B environment, with the ability to lead and motivate
* Passion for providing excellent customer service
* Strong communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders and clients
* High IT literacy, proficient in MS Office
* Sales-focused and results-oriented
* Interest or passion for the automotive industry or customer service
