**About the role**
Connex Education is seeking a proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary school environment. This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Specifically those with Autism and challenging behaviours. As a SEND teaching Assistant, you will offer support to a wide range of pupils on a group and 1.1 basis, focusing on emotional development as well as academic.

**Role Requirements**
4. Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
5. Previous experience working in Educational is desirable.
6. A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
7. An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
8. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
