Overview
Here at Dunelm we are recruiting for a Returns Administrator to ensure all aspects of the returns process are carried out accurately and efficiently in accordance with the current processes and procedures.
Working hours: Monday to Friday
To complete all paperwork and system processes in line with department activity ensuring accuracy is maintained throughout, including:
1. Record information from returns and log them onto the system
2. Complete write off adjustments and record
3. Raise debits to suppliers for returns
4. Arrange collections with suppliers for returned stock
5. Record daily activity including hours used, pallets completed and pallets returned to stock
6. Filing all paperwork in the relevant place
7. Control and monitor re-called stock and stock in transit
