The Role:
As a HLTA, you will:
* Support teaching and learning across a range of classes and key stages
* Deliver interventions and small group work to raise attainment
* Take a proactive role in planning and leading learning activities
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
* Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA status or relevant Level 4 qualification
* Proven experience in supporting teaching and learning
* A strong understanding of the UK curriculum
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for education
