Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring high:quality service delivery.
* Oversee the supply, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, including single and multi:splits, for both commercial and domestic clients.
* Ensure compliance with F:Gas regulations and industry standards.
* Provide technical expertise and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
* Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in the air conditioning industry.
* Proven experience as a team leader or senior engineer, with strong managerial skills.
* F:Gas certification and a thorough understanding of industry regulations.
* Expertise in both commercial and domestic air conditioning systems.
* A full UK driving license.
* Excellent problem:solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Day:to:Day
* Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to ensure smooth operations.
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for a variety of clients.
* Managing project timelines and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting system issues.
* Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and materials.
