We’re partnered with a global SaaS business undergoing a major transformation across delivery and ways of working.
This isn’t about short-term fixes. They’re building long-term delivery capability, and investing in permanent hires who can shape how teams operate, not just keep things ticking.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of delivery across 3–4 engineering squads, playing a key role in a wider re-org and ways of working transformation.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, focused on bringing structure, clarity, and predictability into a complex, multi-team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning end-to-end delivery across multiple squads
* Driving improvements to ways of working and delivery discipline
* Managing cross-team dependencies and alignment at scale
* Embedding predictable delivery practices and realistic forecasting
* Partnering closely with Engineering and Product on technical delivery
* Supporting teams through change, re-org and transformation
* Bringing clarity to stakeholders around progress, risks and delivery confidence
What They’re Looking For
* Proven Agile Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead background
* Experience across multiple squads (3+) in complex environments
* Strong track record improving ways of working, not just running ceremonies
* Comfortable in technical environments (cloud, APIs, microservices, CI/CD)
* Experience managing dependencies across teams and functions
* Able to operate autonomously and bring structure quickly
Why This Role?
* Opportunity to shape how delivery works long-term, not just deliver short-term outputs
* Join during a critical transformation phase with strong leadership buy-in
* Be part of building out a delivery function properly
* Strong emphasis on work-life balance, long-term stability, and career growth.
