Head of Marketing

Our client is a profitable BCorp business disrupting a major £1.5bn food/drink category. Sustainability is paramount and production is all done in-house from within the UK. We're now looking for a commercially-minded, creative, and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the brand and drive growth across both retail and out-of-home (OOH) channels. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in a business on a mission to become the standout brand in their category.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop & Execute Brand Strategy: Take their rebrand assets, research, and creative to market with sharp execution and high consistency.
* Drive Retailer Engagement: Use consumer insight, data, and storytelling to support listings, promotions, and category expansion.
* Own the Marketing Plan: Define and manage annual and seasonal marketing activity across digital, shopper, OOH, and brand campaigns.
* Support Innovation Launches: Partner with Innovation to bring new SKUs (and potentially new categories) to life.
* Manage the Budget: Own the marketing budget to deliver ROI-driven campaigns that align with business goals.
* Category Leadership: Help position the future our category - sustainable, superior in taste and nutrition.

* Base Salary: £90,000
* Bonus: up to 10%

Do you have the following to apply?
* 6+ years' experience in FMCG marketing (essential) ideally within the food & drink sector.
* Proven success leading consumer brand growth - ideally in a scale-up or high-growth challenger brand
* Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing (digital, shopper, brand, retail, OOH)
* Experience working closely with grocery retailers (e.g. Waitrose, Tesco, Ocado)
* Data and insight-led decision making
