SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School SEN Hub - Telford - September Start We are currently recruiting for a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Telford, working within a dedicated SEN hub from September. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting children with a range of additional needs in a structured and nurturing environment. The Role: Supporting pupils within the school's SEN hub on a 1:1 and small group basis Assisting children with a variety of additional needs, including learning, behavioural, and communication difficulties Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support strategies Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment Supporting pupils' academic progress as well as their social and emotional development Requirements: Previous experience working with children with additional needs is essential A relevant Teaching Assistant or SEN qualification is preferred, but not required A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach Strong communication and teamwork skills This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and is looking for a long-term role within a supportive primary school setting.
