The Role: In Recruitment each day differs, but your main duties will be: · Learning the market and gathering market intelligence. · Speaking with senior level individuals predominantly over the phone. · Headhunting candidates from sources such as LinkedIn. · Conducting industry specific market research. · Negotiating terms and fees with clients. · Interviewing candidates. · General admin. · Writing job adverts. · Marketing out your candidates to prospective companies. · Finding new business. · Building relationships with clients.
