The role includes
Supporting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals.
Whilst there is flexibility needed, the clients current activities mean that support is needed for Saturday and Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 and will include social activities for our client at home and in the community.
As our client gets involved in new activities and develops her independence this hours may evolve.
Assisting with daily living tasks and meaningful activities.
Facilitating community engagement and social participation.
