As a Senior Services Solutions Consultant, we are looking for high-impact individuals with a proven track record in architecting data management solutions that solve the world's most complex business challenges. You will act as a strategic leader within the EMEA theater, partnering with Sales, SE, and Product teams to develop highly scalable, resilient solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

For this specific role, we are seeking a heavyweight expert in Global and Strategic Accounts. You thrive on the complexity of multi-national deals and possess the "scar tissue" that comes from navigating the high-stakes environment of global service solutioning. Connecting technology to massive business value energizes you, but working as a team to close large-scale, transformative deals is what drives you.

What You Will Be Doing

Global & Strategic Leadership: Lead the services strategy for Pure's most significant Global and Strategic accounts across EMEA, ensuring solutions are consistent, scalable, and tailored to cross-border requirements.
Complex Deal Architecting: Take a leadership role in analyzing requirements and performing advanced solution designs across the Pure portfolio and Hyper-scaler services for multi-million dollar opportunities.
Executive Consultative Selling: Cultivate professional relationships up to the C-suite by developing a core understanding of unique global business drivers and risk profiles.
New-to-Market Offerings: Develop innovative service offerings to drive new business across multiple segments and territories.
Mentorship: Act as a force multiplier by mentoring services solutions consultants on the nuances of global account management and complex deal mechanics.
Strategic Synergy: Drive new business in close synergy with account teams to achieve aggressive product and services bookings targets.
High-Impact Presence: Customarily engage at client facilities to deliver "room-clearing" presentations that leverage both your technical depth and business acumen.

What You Bring to the Team

Global Account Mastery (Non-Negotiable): Extensive, proven experience selling and closing large, complex service solutions within Global and Strategic accounts. You understand the unique procurement, legal, and technical hurdles of multi-national organizations.
Industry Tenure: 15+ years of experience selling into industry verticals with 10+ years designing solutions across virtualization, storage, security, and networking.
EMEA Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, including "Go-To-Market" sales motions across both Enterprise and Global accounts.
Solution Sales DNA: Expert knowledge of value-based selling, ROI model development, and sizing/scoping Pure's Services Portfolio for massive scale.
Technical Authority: Competency in the pillars of the Modern Data Experience: AI/ML, Data Protection/Migration, and Hybrid Cloud strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Bid Management: Expert in coordinating and winning high-stakes proposals (RFQs, RFIs, RFPs) and navigating complex contract negotiations and risk mitigation.
Academic & Professional Pedigree: Bachelor's degree; recognized industry certifications and quota-bearing experience are highly preferred.
Agility: Ability to work individually on complex challenges while traveling up to 25% to engage with customers on-site.
Language Skills: Fluent English is required. Proficiency in a second European language is strongly desired, with a particular preference for German to support key DACH-region strategic accounts.
