Co-ordinator / Operations Support
Reporting To: People Manager / Operations Manager
Location: K Beverage Head Office / Field Based
Business: K Beverage Ltd – Starbucks Franchise Partner
Role Purpose
To provide support across both the People and
Operations functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, strong people
processes, and effective support to the K Beverage Starbucks store estate.
Key Responsibilities
People Support
* Support recruitment activity including adverts, interviews,
onboarding, and right to work checks.
* Prepare contracts, new starter paperwork, and employee records.
* Maintain HR systems, absence records, holiday records, and
personnel files.
* Support employee relations administration including meetings,
letters, and note taking.
* Assist with training coordination and compliance records.
* Respond to basic people queries from store managers and employees.
Operations Support
* Provide administrative support to the Operations team across all
stores.
* Maintain trackers, reports, action plans, and store communications.
* Support audits, compliance actions, and store follow-up.
* Assist with new store openings, projects, and operational
initiatives.
* Coordinate maintenance, supplier requests, and general store
support.
Skills & Experience
* Previous HR, administration, co-ordinator, or operations support
experience.
* Strong organisation and attention to detail.
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office / Excel.
* Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
* Retail or hospitality experience desirable.

Requirements
* Travel to stores may be required.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
