Office Specialist I – Behavioral Health Outpatient Department
Baptist Medical Center is hiring an Office Specialist I for the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department located at our Ponte Vedra Beach campus. This is a full-time day position working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in the office.
Office Specialist Responsibilities:
* Provide business services for patients and the healthcare system.
* Ensure accurate patient registration.
* Post patient charges and payments.
* Operate a multi-line phone system while maintaining telephone protocols.
* Assist patients as needed.
Experience Requirements:
* 1–2 years of front desk experience.
* Experience working in a medical office.
Education and Credential Requirements:
* High school diploma (required).
* Associate of Arts/Science (preferred).
