As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students across different schools in and around Corby. Whether you're stepping into classrooms for a day, a week, or longer, you'll engage with students from various age groups and backgrounds. This position allows you to choose your working days and availability, giving you the perfect work-life balance while maintaining control over your schedule. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and educational materials to students.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour and ensure student engagement throughout the lesson.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them succeed.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in the educational experience.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1), and Key Stage Two (KS2).
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different teaching environments.
