We are looking for a dynamic retail assistant manager to work in ourSouthminster store.
You will be an experienced manager with at least 2 years Supervisory experience.
You will be highly motivated, strong leadership skills, adaptable and organise your time & people effectively. Able to respond quickly to a fast changingenvironment.
You will also need to have a creative & enthusiastic approach that enables you to maximise the potential of sales within your store. Capitalising on local opportunities.
You will be supporting the store manager & deputising in their absence, may berequiredto cover other locations in the Mid Essex Area as & when the businessrequires. As you maybe requiredto cover other location driving would be an advantage.
You will have:
* Significant leadership qualities & experience
* Ability to build,maintain& develop a team alongside shop manager
* Strong drive to achieve results and acan doattitude.
* Ability to delegate, coach & listen.
* Commercial awareness
* Enjoys working with people and has a friendly approachable manner.
* IT, Literacy &numerousskills
* Ability toestablish& maintain successful retail processes & merchandising.
* Manage time under conflicting priorities.
