Requirements
Must have:

* Strong data analysis capabilities, particularly with Excel for analysis and quick prototyping.
* Proven experience in designing architectures and delivering solutions that address complex, evolving needs efficiently.
* Demonstrated history as a technical leader, mentor, or team lead.
* Strong analytical skills and business logic acumen.
* Excellent communication abilities paired with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.
Bonus:
* Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
