Job Description,
The BAA provides all round administrative support for the ladies buying team. Working hand in hand with the Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the department critical path to a high level of accuracy, following orders through from placement to delivery and ensuring that all samples are received and that deliveries run to time. You'll also need to build excellent working relationships with the Buying and Merchandising team in your department as well as with our external suppliers within the UK and abroad.

* Inputting and amending orders accurately onto the system and critical path
* Management of barcode labels, liaising with the factories
* Monitoring critical path and chasing samples and deliveries, liaising with logistics
* Dealing with warehouse issues and monitoring expected deliveries
* Highlights delays and issues arising with orders both internally and externally
* Processing samples received (fits, development, shoots/meetings)
* Participating in fit meetings, writing up fit reports, communicating with suppliers and updating critical path
* Labelling, logging, organising and filing samples including press and bought
* Gathers all relevant reports and information requested by buyer and merchandiser and distributes to team
* Manages and updates range images
* Collating and preparing meeting samples such as for weekly trade meetings and sign offs
* Ongoing familiarity of the competition's product range
* Receiving and sending post
* Dealing with all supplier queries
* Proactively dealing with department queries both internally and externally
* Assisting design and wholesale team in chasing development samples, What we are looking for,
* Administration experience would be advantageous
* A love for shoes and fashion that identifies with the Brand
* PC literate - Excel, Word, Access & Outlook
* High levels of accuracy
