Support Worker – Children’s Residential
Location: Waltham Abbey
Pay: £13.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our clients dedicated team in a children’s residential setting in Waltham Abbey.
What we’re looking for
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) – essential
Experience with working with children with EBD needs
Previous experience working in a children’s residential setting
A caring, resilient, and professional approach
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
What you’ll do
Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
Promote independence, well-being, and positive outcomes
Support daily routines, activities, and educational needs
Contribute to care plans and ensure safeguarding standards are met
Work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins (£50 per sleep-in allowance)
