Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer, looking for a new challenge ?
Would you like to work for an established and successful manufacturing business based in the Brierley Hill area ?
The Role
Work as part of a multi skilled team, you will be responsible for the reactive and preventative maintenance of plant and building works. Carrying out fault finding and repairs to a variety of heavy industrial machinery, and the installation of new plant as and when required.
Hours Of Work
* Monday to Friday, 6am : 2pm followed by 2pm : 10pm.
* Due to the requirements of the business you must be flexible and prepared to work alternative weekends (Saturday and Sunday mornings at an enhanced overtime rate).
What will you need to be considered for this opportunity?
* An electrical background with recent experience in a similar position.
* 1 year + experience working in an Electrical Engineering position.
* Any experience working with Siemens PLC Controls is advantageous.
* Experience working in a heavy engineering environment (such as steel, refractory, forging or foundry).
* A strong work ethic.
* Punctual and reliable.
* An interest in completing overtime.
Whats on offer?
* Salary Negotiable depending on experience, A GBP 38,000 to A GBP 44,000 plus overtime.
* Overtime available and paid at an enhanced rate.
* Permanent position.
* Internal and external training offered.
* Salary progression available as experience develops.
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
* Pension scheme.
