PLP invites applications from accomplished and innovative architects with a profound appreciation for Italian architectural tradition. We seek a highly qualified Italian Architect to join our esteemed team in London. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to unique and sophisticated projects, characterised by Italian design excellence, within a collaborative and professional environment.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Lead and oversee architectural projects inspired by the principles of Italian design, from conception through to completion.
* Advanced proficiency in architectural design software to be able to produce comprehensive drawings, plans, and technical specifications utilising industry-standard software (such as Revit and Rhino, etc.).
* Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver exemplary architectural outcomes.
* Previous experience in technical coordination with external consultants is essential
* Ensure that all designs are compliant with local planning regulations and building codes.
* Provide creative input and technical expertise across a variety of commercial, and public sector projects.
* Attend site visits and participate in project meetings as required
* Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
* Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
* Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to lead complex BIM model development and maintain accuracy across project phases.
* A robust portfolio demonstrating experience with Italian architectural styles and projects.
* Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a creative approach to resolving challenges.
