Brief overview of duties: Act as the internal focal point for quality-related matters, providing expert support to both central Quality teams and site-based teams on escalated technical queries, issues, and challenges. Provide specialist guidance to all sites on the deployment of APQP deliverables, including identifying training needs and supporting the roll-out of APQP training across the group.
