CTRG Limited are looking for a Admin Assistant in Bracknell for our GXO contracts Location: Bracknell Industry : Transport Pay Rate: £14.19 p/h Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary work (seasonal) MUST HAVE TRANSPORT KNOWLEGE Shift Patterns: - Mon-Fri position -Start times between 04:00 - 08:00 Pay rates: £14.19 p/h Weekly PAYE The responsibilities that would be completed on a daily basis would be; Supporting the planning team with operational requests Monitoring and sharing knowledge on Transport Management systems. Analyzing routes produced from the planning tool and advising the planning team on what can be done differently. Dealing with escalations from customers and internal help desk Pointing requests into the correct direction for answers Building a knowledge of operational and planning to have cover for planners during A/L Skills and Experience required: IT Literate Flexible working hours Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel & Word) Transport knowledge is required Behaviours Required: Work as part of a team Willing to learn and develop new skills Comfortable with working to deadlines.
