The Role
You will advise on a broad range of premium private client matters, including:
* Cross-border estate, succession, and inheritance planning for UHNW individuals and families
* Establishing, restructuring, and administering complex trusts, companies, and other wealth-holding vehicles
* International tax and succession planning matters
* Working closely with clients, family offices, tax advisers, trustees, and multi-jurisdictional counsel
* Supporting senior partners on significant mandates and contributing to business development initiatives
This is a client-facing role with the opportunity to build trusted adviser relationships and develop your profile in the private wealth market.
About You
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
* Strong experience in private client law gained at a respected firm
* Exposure to UHNW individuals, international families, or cross-border matters
* Technically strong with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercially astute, ambitious, and confident managing matters with increasing autonomy
