Your new role Lead the development of qualitative and quantitative insights, sentiment tracking, and strategic reporting across all engagement activities. Collaborate with Change and Communications leads to ensure stakeholder mapping and data inform impactful interventions. Establish a robust reporting baseline and evolve our insights landscape to track behavioural change and delivery milestones. Produce timely, visually engaging reports that drive decision-making and transformation success. Recommend actionable conclusions from data and support continuous improvement across the programme. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in insights, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within complex programmes. Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into meaningful stories. Confidence in communicating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking and the ability to engage diverse audiences. A proactive, adaptable mindset with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
