Job Details:
* Responsible Individual / Operations Manager
* Joining a well-established organisation that specialises in support and care for children and people within residential care homes
* Becoming an RI over 7 children's homes that support children with LD, Autism and EBD
* All homes have GOOD or above OFSTED ratings
* Homes are based between Ormskirk, St Helens and Wigan.
* Line Managing the Registered Managers of all the homes
* Ensure all homes meet OFSTED and company standards
* Lead on referrals
* Lead on recruitment
* Lead on safeguarding leads
* Lead on budget management
* Report into the company directors
* Head office is based in Widnes, working between sites and homes
Contract Details:
* Full-time, permanent contract
* £60,000 - £85,000
* + Bonuses
Requirements Details:
* Level 5 in leadership and management
* Experience as an RI and multi-site management
* Driving Licence
