A bit about the job As a Quality Engineering Architect, you'll lead the design and implementation of Aviva's QE frameworks, standards, and automation strategies. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and delivery teams to embed quality into every stage of the Aviva Change Framework. From mentoring QE teams to driving AI and Gen AI adoption, you'll be at the forefront of innovation-helping us deliver better, faster, and smarter. Skills and experience we're looking for Responsible for ensuring QE process, controls and guardrails are implemented in alignment to Aviva's QE framework and implementation of QE techniques to drive optimisation, efficiency, automation. Enabling QE teams to integrate quality engineering into every stage of the Aviva Change Framework ultimately delivering value to customers. Support the implementation of QE GEN AI, automation, data creation and environment virtualization tools as well as the design of standards & best practices for tool implementation & usage. Build the QE AI and ML capability, underpinned by methods and tools, providing technical mentoring and training Enabling adaptation to QE practices and help drive continuous improvements through agreed set of KPIs, assessments and reporting. Salary: National Circa: £60000 London: Circa £70000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary.
