Truly - A modern dental company, has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Practice Manager to join our new Practice in Manchester!
The practice manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, ensuring the team is fully supported, and will oversee the financial success of the practice. Initially, the role will require the practice manager to be a core part of the Front of House team, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone lines, and performing general front of house duties alongside practice management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of dentists, nurses, and administrative staff to support their roles.
* Performance analysis: Report to the regional manager, ensure targets are met, and develop actionable strategies to improve revenue.
* Marketing: Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a steady increase in new patient bookings and raise brand awareness.
* Communication: Hold weekly meetings with team members to support them in reaching their KPIs and maximize practice success.
* Customer relations management: Ensure all patients receive excellent service, maintain high review scores, and handle complaints professionally and promptly.
* Learning and Development: Ensure the team is trained in Truly policies and encourage participation in the Employee Educational Assistance Program.
* Other tasks: Stock control, ordering supplies, hiring, scheduling rosters, and other managerial duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
* Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Strong organizational skills
* Knowledge of patient privacy laws and regulations
* Proficiency with dental practice management software (Exact & Carestream)
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, scheduled across Monday to Sunday, onsite.
