An exciting opportunity is available to join an award-winning Subsidence Services Division as a Subsidence Adjusting Executive. Manage domestic and commercial claims from start to finish with full autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and advanced tools. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims up to an agreed value
* Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and clients
* Making technical decisions on your cases once training and licensing are complete
* Producing tailored reports and maintaining accurate action plans for each claim
* Ensuring reserve accuracy and driving claims to a timely resolution
* Liaising with suppliers to monitor progress and service quality
* Communicating updates with all stakeholders throughout the claims process
About You – Knowledge and Experience:
* Subsidence Claims Experience: Previous experience managing subsidence-related insurance claims is essential
* Strong Communication Skills: Confident communicator and negotiator, able to explain complex matters clearly and with empathy
* Highly Organised: Capable of prioritising and managing a busy caseload efficiently
* Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to change
* Customer-Oriented: Proactive, empathetic, and focused on delivering a positive customer journey
* Professional Mindset: Positive, resilient, and open to new technology and process improvement
