We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Marketing Content Executive to join our growing team. This role involves producing engaging, high-quality graphical, photo and video content across multiple platforms to strengthen brand presence, attract new audiences, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to balance creativity with strategy, ensuring all content aligns with our unique and strong TwentyFour brand voice, tone, and values while also being optimised for reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
• Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Develop video and graphic content tailored to each platform and audience.
• Write compelling copy that is clear, on-brand, and optimised for SEO.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager and wider business teams in line with the marketing content calendar.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform content direction.
• Align content output with campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
Engagement & Distribution
• Ensuring regular, consistent posting and community engagement.
• Refine future content in line with performance and analytics across channels.
• Short-form video, reels & infographics to maximise engagement.
• Collaboration & Brand Consistency across all materials
• Work closely with the marketing manager and senior team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Maintain and develop brand tone of voice across all channels.
• Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives with tailored content (Presentations and Branded Documents to support Sales and Account Management teams)
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in content creation (writing, video, and design) - must provide examples/portfolio of work
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Competency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Design Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
• Basic video editing and photography skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and adapt accordingly.
