Luxury Reservations Supervisor – Lead a High-End Travel Team (London, Hybrid) Oversee a reservations team delivering bespoke UK & Ireland itineraries, driving service, accuracy and conversion.

Our client is a highly regarded luxury travel company specialising in bespoke inbound travel across the UK and Ireland. They work closely with international travel advisors and tour operators to create tailored, high-end experiences — combining exceptional service with carefully curated itineraries for discerning travellers worldwide.
They are now seeking a Luxury Reservations Supervisor to join their high-end travel division.
In this role, you will play a central part in maintaining the operational standards and service quality that their international clients expect — leading the team, driving accuracy and ensuring every itinerary is delivered flawlessly from enquiry through to travel.
▌ The Role
In this role, you will lead and support the reservations team to deliver accurate, high-quality bookings, drive conversions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the full itinerary lifecycle.
– Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team activity, priorities and development needs
– Allocate workload effectively and ensure all deadlines are met
– Coach and support the team, promoting best practice and compliance
– Guide issue resolution using sound judgement and a solutions-led approach
– Maintain high accuracy across bookings from enquiry through to post-travel
– Source suitable alternatives when required services are unavailable
– Drive conversions through follow-ups, re-quotes and team motivation
– Support supplier negotiations to secure competitive rates
– Ensure accurate system input, confirmations and pre-travel checks
– Manage complaints, SOPs and team rotas, including out-of-hours cover
▌ Experience Required
– Experience overseeing day-to-day operations within a travel reservations team
– Background in luxury travel required; UK, Ireland and/or France destination knowledge advantageous
– Well organised, proactive and able to work on own initiative
– Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when needed
– Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
– High attention to detail and able to perform under pressure
– Clear and confident written and verbal communication
– Professional, service-led approach to client interaction
– Competent with Microsoft Office; booking systems knowledge
