Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, ensuring the delivery of all replenishment activities for customers the following morning.
Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events by collaborating with the store leadership team.
Manage people, including pay, scheduling, training, communication, and employee relations such as performance management, absence, and disciplinaries.
Take full accountability for the store overnight, role model high standards, and coach for efficiency and excellence.
Ensure the health and safety of all colleagues working on your shift.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights (typically from 22:00 - 08:00) with a £4,500 premium on top of their base salary.
