In this hands‑on role, you will support the Events and In‑Room Dining Manager in delivering exceptional 5‑star service across luxury country house events, private functions and in‑room dining. You will lead daily operations, coordinate event set‑ups across the estate, manage staffing and rotas, and ensure every guest receives a personalised, high‑end experience while working closely with Events, Culinary and Food & Beverage teams.
The Role:
* Oversee luxury country house events and in‑room dining operations
* Work closely with Events, Culinary and Food & Beverage teams
* Manage stock control, departmental organisation and operational administration
The Person:
* Events Coordinator or similar hospitality/events background
* Experience organising luxury country house events
* Background within a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
* Commutable to Ascot
