The Board of Governors of St George’s Weybridge is seeking a new Head of St George’s College to succeed Mrs Rachel Owens in August 2026 after ten years of exceptional leadership. The Head of the College reports to the Governors and serves on the Executive Leadership Team of St George’s Weybridge, alongside the Head of Junior School and the Bursar.
St George's Weybridge is a leading independent co-educational day school comprising St George's Junior School, for children aged 2 to 11, and St George's College, serving pupils aged 11 to 18. Set across two campuses in Weybridge, Surrey, the Junior School and College work together as one educational community. Situated amongst 100 acres of beautiful parkland, the College educates around 1,000 students and is known for its holistic educational approach that produces well-rounded young adults who thrive in their future endeavours. As the only Catholic school in the country founded by the Josephite Order, St George’s Weybridge offers a unique and perfectly balanced educational experience, rooted in an ethos of mutual respect and compassion. While Catholic, it welcomes pupils of all faiths and none.
