SALARY: £30,971 per annum OTE, Paid Weekly!
HOURS: 8-40 hours, including weekends.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking engaging Part-time and Full-Time Team Members to join our Restaurant team. If you are fun, enthusiastic, and charismatic and you thrive in a fast-paced, feel-good environment we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in a restaurant or café setting and bring a naturally warm, welcoming personality. As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand, delivering attentive, engaging service and helping create a memorable and uplifting experience for every guest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and in accordance with hygiene and quality standards
* Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests
* Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area, including tables, counters, equipment, and food prep areas
* Handle payments and operate the till, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing
* Restock supplies and assist with inventory, helping to keep the restaurant well-organized and fully stocked

About gratuities & service charge:
* Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis.
* It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,160 in addition to their annual salary.
* The base salary is £26,811 plus a qualified estimate of £4,160 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
