The Role
We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. You’ll lead grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You’ll interact with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential. You’ll help ensure pets look and feel great. We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, including Earn as You Learn programmes and additional skill-based pay enhancements.
What we’re seeking
* Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed-specific styling and finishing
* Hold a grooming qualification
* Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional approach
* Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week with potential for more during busy periods)
* Team oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment
* Goal driven, with experience in target-led environments (preferred, but not essential)

* Attractive rates of pay plus commission, subject to targets
