FRS is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fantastic business based in Rugby. This business is growing rapidly, making it an excellent time to join!
Suitable candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the Purchase Ledger and managing relevant information on the supplier list.
The role offers a salary of £27,000 to £28,000. The business is office-based, with working hours of either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.
Duties Will Include:
1. Preparation and submission of payments to suppliers
2. Checking, recalculating, and coding purchase invoices, then posting onto the ledger
3. Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders
4. Preparation of supplier statement reconciliations
5. Monitoring the purchase ledger inbox and responding to queries promptly
6. Reconciling supplier statements and accounts
7. Checking Supplier Questionnaires and ensuring correct documentation is recorded and maintained
8. Filing
9. General office duties
10. Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required by management
