You will be part of a team helping to drive forward inclusive practice and long-term strategic improvements for some of our most vulnerable learners.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Deliver high-quality, adaptive teaching for pupils with complex ALN needs in a small, supportive class setting.
2. Collaborate with the ALNCo and wider team to develop and implement individual development plans and targeted interventions.
3. Contribute to the strategic development of ALN provision within the school, helping to shape policy, practice, and resources.
4. Work closely with families, support staff, and external agencies to ensure joined-up provision and progress.
5. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional regulation, independence, and confidence in learning.
What We Offer:
* A supportive, forward-thinking school community that values inclusion and wellbeing.
* The chance to shape and influence the future of ALN provision in a growing school.
* Access to high-quality professional development and external training.
* Opportunities to innovate and make a meaningful difference in pupils' lives.
* A commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. To arrange a visit or an informal conversation about the role, please contact the office at 01633 277905.
